This apartment gives you access to city views as well as water views, whilst in one of the most central locations in the world's most liveable city. Rollaway or sofa bed use costs $150/stay. This fee is waived if the apartment is booked for more than 5 people. It will need to be requested at the time of booking as it must be transported from storage. The kitchen is state of the art with Caesarstone bench-top, plenty of pantry space for those homely recipes, and stainless steel appliances including full oven, gas cooktop, and dishwasher. The bedrooms are filled with natural light and very comfy mattresses. This location is nearby to many main attractions such as Flinders St Station, Crown Casino, Crown's award wining restaurant scene, Melbourne Aquarium, Eureka Tower, The Art Centre, and Federation Square; and is only a short tram ride away from Melbourne Central, the QV complex, RMIT University, the University of Melbourne, the State Library and Bourke Street Mall, as well as a myriad of bars, restaurants, and cafes. For the height of Melbourne’s entertainment you are within walking distance of everything. Shopping or dining at Southgate (220m, 3min walk) with picturesque wide paths along the river is a must. There’s more fine dining and entertainment at Crown with the casino, cinema and high-end fashion (850m, 12min walk). Just across the river you will find the Melbourne Aquarium (1km, 14min walk), Exhibition Centre (1.3km, 16min walk) and South Wharf (1.8km, 22min walk) for waterfront dining, Direct Factory Outlet for bargain hunting, or just take a beautiful stroll to soak up the atmosphere. A short walk in the other direction takes you to the National Gallery Victoria (600m, 7min walk), the Royal Botanical Gardens (1.6km, 21min walk), The Arts Centre (750m, 10min walk) and Hamer Hall (700m, 9min walk) as well as Flinders Street and the CBD (550min, 7min walk).
