The living area is filled with a luxe chaise lounge that sits opposite the wall mounted 55" Smart LED TV with complimentary Netflix to keep everyone entertained. Slide open the floor to ceiling glass doors to create a seamless indoor outdoor space that steps out onto your own private balcony where you can sit alfresco style and take in the sweeping views of the city. Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the open kitchen with everything you could need right at your fingertips. There is a full size fridge/freezer, an oven and stovetop, a microwave, a coffee machine and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up. Enjoy meals together at the dining table or if you don’t feel like cooking, you’ll be spoilt for choice with some of Melbourne’s premier restaurants and cafes just steps from your door. There are three spacious bedrooms within the apartment with each offering comfortable beds topped in soft, hotel quality linen along with ample space to unpack and make yourself at home. The master bedroom features a large queen bed, its own private balcony and a sparkling ensuite bathroom with an oversize shower. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed while the third is perfect for families with two single beds. Sofa bed use costs $150/stay. This fee is waived if the apartment is booked for more than 6 people. There is a sparkling central bathroom with a walk in glass shower and vanity that comes stocked with all the essentials so you don’t have to bring a thing. Included with your stay is full use of the building amenities where you can relax in the residence lounge, catch some sun up on the rooftop terrace or squeeze in a workout at the gym! Within walking distance from the apartment is the MCG (14 mins), many mouth-watering restaurants, happening bars, cafes, bakeries and great shopping at the Bourke St Mall just a 10 minute stroll away giving you a great central base to explore the city.
